Keep on sending those positive messages! The person posting the negative usually has low self esteem, so he/she relies on bringing others down in order to build him/herself up. I know it sounds cliche, but I’ve personally been around that block more than a few times. Mr. Negative needs those positive words. it’s hard to keep up the constructive attitude, but if things are going to change, then that’s the way to go! Hope that helps!

Don’t go for motivation, do some activity that you enjoy, something to make you excited about doing! It’s tough, but hey! You can do it!
Its another night where I just dont feel like myself. I want to get fit and pretty. I hate my body. I hate not feeling comfortable in shorts or cute shirts. I really need to get a system down but I just cant. I have no motivation at all. I get motivated for 3 or 4 days and then I look in the mirror and cry and get discouraged again. I just dont know what to do. I want to get on a schedule to work out every morning but I cant seem to do that either. :( I am at a loss. :(
Paint, learn something new, call a friend, go for a run, treat yourself for saying no! Stay strong my friend!
